This policy explains what data we collect, how we store it, and what rights you have over it. We have written it in plain language — no legal obfuscation.
We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your email address, workspace name, and contact/deal data you enter into the CRM. We also collect basic usage data (page visits, feature usage) to improve the product.
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Each workspace is fully isolated — no other organisation can access your data.
When you use AI drafting or suggestions, your deal context (contact name, stage, notes) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy and is not used to train their models under our business agreement.
We use Supabase (database and auth), Anthropic (AI features), Resend (transactional email), and PayFast Payments (billing). Each processes only the data necessary for their function. We do not sell your data to any third party.
You can export all your workspace data at any time from Settings. You can delete your workspace and all associated data from Settings — deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days. To request a data export or deletion directly, email us at privacy@zelta.co.za.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded without your knowledge.
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you by email and update the version date below. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
