These terms govern your use of Zelta. We have kept them concise and written in plain language.
Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
The service
Zelta is a customer relationship management tool for South African small businesses. We provide contact management, deal tracking, activity logging, and AI-assisted follow-up drafting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Each workspace is your responsibility — you control who you invite and what data you enter.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, store unlawfully obtained data, harass individuals, or violate any applicable South African law including POPIA. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
Data ownership
You own your data. We do not claim any rights over the contacts, deals, or notes you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in South African Rands via PayFast or Peach Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of business, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any month is limited to the subscription fee paid in that month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
